The best-selling novel written about a former assistant’s life working for the maven that was turned into a summer megahit movie, called the Devil Wears Prada, starring Meryl Streep as fashion magazine editor character based on Wintour. The movie gained rave reviews, but left many reflecting whether or not the Director of Vogue magazine actually liked the brand the move inherently promoted. In reality, Anna Wintour loves her Prada and has been seen wearing the brand’s sunglasses countless times through her reign at the magazine.
